Calamari Rocket and Apple Salad – Calamari in Dundee’s special seasoning, lightly fried and served with tom yum mayo and a wild rocket, shredded apple and parmesan salad.
Dessert:
Vanilla Ice Cream - Served in a waffle cone with strawberry coulis and macadamia nut biscotti.
