At 10am you will depart for a short drive to Deviation Road Wines, famous sparkling wine producers from the Adelaide Hill. Meet one of the winemakers for a private tour of the winery where you will hand disgorge and bottle a souvenir custom cuvee. Next experience their range of premium handcrafted sparkling wines with a Noble Cuvee wine flight. At 12:00pm: Private historical tour of Penfolds Magill Estate including a tour of Grange Cottage, the original home of Dr Christopher and Mary Penfold, a trip to the Vintage Cellar and then a journey of discovery through the famous underground drives to see the original hiding spot of Max Schubert’s hidden Grange. Your host will then lead you through a private, structured tasting of Penfolds most coveted wines including Penfolds Grange Hermitage, finishing with a 3-course lunch and matched wine to each course.
4.30pm drop off hotel.
