To finish, you’ll visit Elderton’s Command vineyard, aged at over 120 years, and now one of Australia’s most iconic. Tour the vineyard to witness these ancient vines, and enjoy the coveted Command Shiraz while relaxing in the renovated Ashmead family homestead. A complete day of ultimate exclusivity and collectable Shiraz.
