The day starts with luxury van transfers to Murwillumbah, where guests embark on a self-guided e-bike tour on the Northern Rivers Rail Trail one of Australia’s greatest rides through lush hinterland, rainforests, and a 524m tunnel to the village of Burringbar. Guests visit Husk Farm Distillery for a guided tour and look at sustainable, farm-to-bottle distilling. They then enjoy a great experience with a welcome drink, complimentary spirit tastings, and an exclusive behind-the- scenes tour. A seasonal three course lunch is then served at the Planter’s Kitchen, with views of Mount Wollumbin. Highlights be immersed in the natural beauty of Northern NSW. Ride through hinterlands and rain forests and discover its unique flora and fauna. Ride through a 524m long tunnel and cruise by historic railway bridges. Journey into a 21-million-year-old volcano and learn the local Aboriginal history of the region. Discover the new taste of Australian Rum and Learn about farm to bottle sugar cane farming and distilling. Dive into a colour changing world of Ink Gin.
