Come with Delta kary for an inspiring 2.5 hour guided Aboriginal walking tour as you make your way along the 3.7km iconic Walgun Cape Byron Lighthouse Loop Trail. Begining at captain cook lookout and picnic area (Bawaii rest area), this tour takes guests up the Tallow ridge walking track through serene coastal rainforests before reaching the Cape Byron lighhouse revealing breathtaking panaromic views of the region. The tour then follows the Cape Byron Walking track past Australia's most easterly point Wategos beach, The pass and then returning back to captain cook lookout (Bawaii Rest Station). During the tour, Delta will share powerful dreaming stories offering deep insights into the cultural and spiritual significance of the surrounding landscapes. Guests will also have the opportunity to learn about native bush foods and natural medicine and if you're lucky you might spot some native wildlife dolphins, koalas, sea eagles and wallabies. As you explore the lighthouse trail, let the beauty of the land and its ancient stories connect you to country.
