- Please arrive at the Cooinda bus stop 20 minutes prior to departure.
- During tropical summer (Dec-Mar), it is recommended morning departures for small children, pregnant guests or those sensitive to heat.
- All cruises depart from Cooinda bus stop, no self-drive to dock permitted for general guests.
- Strictly no alcohol on the 4:30pm departure.
- Tour is Wheelchair accessible with advance notice, guests must be self-drive to the dock for boarding, motorized wheelchairs are not permitted due to size.
- Toilets on board are not fully accessible and there are no toilet facilities at the dock
