Embark on the ultimate Ningaloo experience departing from Exmouth, available from March to July. With the option of booking to either swim with these gentle giants on the Ningaloo Reef or for those who prefer to keep dry, you can stay on the vessel to observe whale sharks in their natural environment. The Observer option is ideal for people who want to watch their friends and family enjoy the experience but prefer to stay on deck rather than join in with the big, spotty friends! Observers will view the whale shark interactions only from the vessel on this wildlife tour and cannot swim with whale sharks in any circumstances.

- Minimum numbers are required for this tour to operate. If minimum numbers are not met, you will be contacted by a member of the team the day before your scheduled tour and you will be offered an opportunity to reschedule or, alternatively, you may choose to cancel your booking and receive a full refund.
- It is always recommended you travel with flexibility in your itinerary and with travel insurance.
- As an observer, you will observe whale sharks from the vessel during the whale shark interactions only, and you will not be able to swim with a whale shark at any point during the tour.
- They may not be totally visible from the surface. Observer fares are limited.
- Observers on the Deluxe Whale Shark Tour must be at least 6 years of age.
- All children will need full adult supervision and be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the tour.
- Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on the vessel. - It is your responsibility to ensure you have a suitable level of health and fitness to undertake this tour. In addition to the physical exertion of swimming and snorkelling in the open ocean, a high level of mobility is required as you will embark and disembark from a small tender to the vessel for the tour and climb back out of the water on to the moving boat platform with a small ladder NEED TO KNOW Whale sharks are completely wild, and we do not disrupt their natural behaviours in any way. If you join the morning or afternoon snorkels on the Ningaloo Reef, you must be physically fit with prior snorkelling experience or be a strong swimmer and have the ability to swim unassisted for 50 metres in open ocean conditions.
