11:00am - Upon your arrival at d'Arenberg Winery make your way to the highest viewpoint in McLaren Vale, 360° views over McLaren Vale, the Willunga Hills and the Gulf of St Vincent. Indulge with ‘The Dead Arm Distinction’ - a curated self guided wine tasting including the current release and three amazing back vintage examples of this highly awarded flagship wine.You will discover why this iconic wine has received accolades from wine critics and judges all over the world. 12:00pm -Take a stroll down a level where you will be comfortably seated in a distinctive high-backed chair among an eclectic collection of art and curiosities. Enjoy a casual two-course lunch from the team. Our chef will select dishes for you to share, paired with your choice of wine followed by a hand selected gin flight. will learn how individually steeped botanicals and precision blending contribute to the freshness and purity of our artisan gins. 2:00pm - From here your day takes a surreal turn as you proceed to level 2 where you will explore original bronze sculptures and graphic artworks from surrealist master, and titan of modern art Salvador Dalí. Historically displayed in the great cities of the world, this multi-million dollar exhibition is on loan from the Dalí Universe in Switzerland. At your leisure discover the Alternate Realties Museum on the ground floor of the d’Arenberg Cube, where a self-guided exploration will take you through a space filled with wall to wall art installations designed to excite and awaken your senses curated by Chief Winemaker Chester Osborn.
