Next, we head to the renowned Domaine Chandon Australia, where you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy their world-class sparkling wines while soaking in panoramic views. Treat yourself to oysters or a cheese platter from the lounge menu (at your own expense) and celebrate the sparkling moments with a glass in hand. It’s time for more wine tasting at Yering Station, Victoria’s first vineyard.
