You will enjoy spectacular views overlooking their vineyard and sculpture park to Western Port and Phillip Island. The one-Chef’s Hat menu celebrates the finest produce across the Mornington Peninsula and Victoria to deliver a contemporary dining offering. This is built around their wood-fired oven, and the menu is complimented by luxury supplements that you can choose to upgrade your menu, including fresh-shucked oysters and caviar bumps.
