The Savour tasting is hosted in the recently renovated cellar door. It is an informative way for guests to taste a range of Swinging Bridge's cool climate wines whilst experiencing the magic of food and wine pairing.
There are 7 wines each paired with a canapé, which have been created by the in-house chef and WSET trained Sommeliers.
The experience host will guide the guests through the tasting and how they pair with each canapé, whilst also discussing the Orange wine region, other points of interest around the region, and of course the history of Swinging Bridge. Guests can also taste extra wines at no extra charge.
