Itinerary:
Valid for 01APR26-31MAR27:
Start your day with a short drive to Coffin Bay, home to world-famous oysters and some of the best fishing on the planet. This stunning maritime wilderness is packed with diverse flora, fauna, and a compact network of bays and inlets found nowhere else. You will be picked up the freshest oysters straight from the source, before heading to Coffin Bay National Park to master the art of shucking, and indulge in a perfectly curated oyster and gin pairing. Discover Coffin Bay National Park, boasting spectacular coastal vistas with dramatic cliffs, rolling dunes, and quiet beaches. Spot wildlife like kangaroos, emus, and dolphins, and take in sweeping views from scenic lookouts. With over 150 bird species and ancient landscapes, it’s a nature lover’s dream. Lunch is a coastal cook-up, with your guide preparing fresh local seafood, paired with a glass of local wine or a cold local beer (weather dependent). In the afternoon, take a guided walk through a critically endangered Grassy Low She-oak Woodland. Learn about bush foods, try your hand at water divining, and unwind around a fire (seasonal) with the soothing sounds of the didgeridoo. If you're lucky, you’ll even glimpse the adorable pygmy possum in a special breeding program.
