- Minimum rider height of 135cm. Max rider weight 110kg (bike manufacturer condition).
- Weather Policy: unless the weather is dangerous and client is contacted to cancel, it is to be assumed tours will go ahead. Rain fog, mist, cold, heat (under 35 degrees celecius) are all accecptabel conditions.
- National Parks (NP) Closures Policy: From time to time the NP close different areas of its parks. If the park is closed where tour was planned to occur, tour will not be cancelled, rather you will be provided with other ride options in different areas of the national park that are suitable and just as amazing.
