- You will need to select a specific flight time before your arrival. Please contact iFLY on +61 7 5638 1100.
- Please arrive no later than 60 mins before your flight time.
- Late arrivals can not be refunded.
- Anyone 18 years of age and over must sign our Release of Liability.
- Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the Release of Liability.
- If you are under 180cm tall, you must weigh less than 105kg.
- If you are over 180cm tall, you must weigh less than 115kg.
- Those with prior heart problems, neck or back injuries should consult a doctor before their flight date.
- Those with previous shoulder dislocations are strongly advised not to fly.
- Video recordings which include all flyers in your session are available for purchase. Video footage and/or photographs are non-refundable. Please report any problems with your media within 28 days of your flight.
