Guests will be sent the driver guide/tour guide name, contact phone number and coach details, final pick-up time and pick up location description via text or email one day before departure. Please check in advance, if it is not received by 4pm, customers need to contact Brighton to get the information. 3. Passengers must be on time because bus will leave the pickup location when time is up. If the passenger didn't catch bus, it is the same as no show and there is no refund in this case.
