Hosted by Wendy and Natasha Killeen, seventh-generation custodians of Stanton and Killeen, and Winemaker, Adriaan Foot, this intimate experience offers rare access to the people, places, and practices behind one of Australia’s most extraordinary wine styles. Guests will explore advanced techniques in blending, barrel care, and ageing, working with specially selected Muscat components to craft their own signature fortified blend. The day also includes a private, relaxed winery lunch, with matched wines and plenty of time for conversation, questions, and shared stories. To complete the experience, guests take home a truly unique memento: a handcrafted and seasoned 10L oak barrel, filled with their personally blended Muscat, ready to age, share, or simply enjoy.
