Step behind the scenes and into the world of winemaking in this unique, guided session where guests are invited to explore the art and science behind one of Rutherglen’s most iconic wine styles. Hosted by a passionate Stanton and Killeen team member in our atmospheric private Solera Room, this 2-hour experience offers a rare chance to taste, experiment, and create your very own personalized Muscat blend. You’ll begin with a guided tasting of several aged Muscats, each drawn from different stages of our historic solera system. Discover how age, barrel selection, and blending choices influence flavour, aroma, and balance. Then, with expert guidance, you’ll experiment with different combinations until you’ve crafted a blend that’s entirely your own. To finish, you'll bottle your unique creation in a 500ml bottle with a custom label—the perfect memento of your winemaking journey.
