itinerary:	~~ 01-Apr-2026 to 31-Mar-2027~~Valid for 01APR26-31MAR27: - The meeting place is in the foyer of Canberra´s premier five-star hotel, The Park Hyatt, which is located on Commonwealth Avenue, Yarralumla, just two minutes from Parliament House. meeting time varies throughout the year and will be advised when you book your flight. Departure time is early morning as the sun fills the valley and lakes with soft morning light. Meeting of passengers will be approximately half an hour before sunrise. The adventure begins with a short trip to your launch site determined by the pilots and depends on the wind direction on the morning. There is over a dozen launch sites to choose from all around Canberra. A good opportunity to get to know the pilot and crew and ask any questions. It takes around 20-25 minutes for the balloon to be inflated and standing upright ready for boarding. Guests are welcome to help with the setup of the balloon or simply stand back and take photos as your aircraft takes shape and comes to life. As the new day dawns, you will ascend into the sky in your colourful balloon. Balloon will float gently along with the breeze, whilst in the basket guests will feel completely secure with very little sensation of movement. During the flight guests may find themselves drifting just above the treetops then moments later effortlessly ascending to heights of 3000 feet or more. The flight time is approximately 45-60 minutes, however, please allow 3-4 hours for the total tour time. An optional full buffet breakfast at the Hyatt is available after the flight. Request for guests to allow an extra hour if they decide to stay for breakfast. All flights are weather dependant. Should the flight be cancelled due to unsuitable conditions guests can either rebook flight or request a refund. The excitement of the morning continues over a champagne celebration back at landing site. Relax and enjoy a glass of champagne with fellow passengers and pilot as everyone celebrate one of the most exhilarating mornings of life.~~~~
Important Info:	Valid for 01APR26-31MAR27: Ballooning can involve some active participation and as such, a moderate level of fitness and wellbeing is required. All members of party will need to be fit & well with: No significant knee problems, No significant hip problems, No significant back or neck problems, No recent surgeries or broken bones, No other existing conditions that would preclude from following the Pilot’s instructions; Assuming the landing position with knees bent when instructed to do so, Absorbing a small bump when the balloon is landing or would prevent them from holding on to the safety handles when the balloon is landing, Are able to stand for one hour un-assisted, Do not weight more than 140kg individually and Children do not weigh more than 50kg individually, Are not Pregnant.
