First head out on a guided walk of the grounds while hearing about our wines and the Josef Chromy Wines estate. You will be then be immersed in a hands-on sparkling experience where you will learn about dosage levels while blending your own take-home bottle of sparkling, made to your own personal preference. You will also enjoy a two-course lunch at the hatted Josef Chromy Restaurant with Paired wines.~~~~ ~~ 01-Apr-2026 to 31-Mar-2027~~Valid for 01APR26-31MAR27: Meet the team at the Cellar Door where you will be taken on a guided walk of the grounds and hear the history of the winery and Joe. Experience the sparkling wine making process and liqueur d'expedition dosage trials while crafting your own signature bottle to take home and enjoy. You will also have the opportunity to taste some of the Estate’s table wines before heading into the restaurant for a 2-course lunch with paired wines to finish off the experience.~~~~
