The Q Train has partnered with Explore Australia to offer coach transport from Melbourne CBD to Drysdale Station on the Bellarine Peninsula. The First Class Dining option on The Q Train offers a prestigious and intimate dining experience for those looking to celebrate a special occasion or enjoy a romantic treat. Meet Explore Australia's iconic purple bus at the Mail Exchange Hotel - 688 Bourke St. You will be driven to Drysdale, approximately 90mins. The, upon arrival at Drysdale Railway Station, you will be greeted by name, offered a drink on arrival, and take to your private dining compartment on board The Q Train. Upon departure, you will be served your first course, with your choice of wine, beer, or mocktail paired with it. More courses will be served as the train makes its way to Queenscliff, passing by farmland, Australian bush, and the scenic Swan Bay. After a 15-minute stop to stretch your legs, you'll retake your seat and receive your final courses on board as the train returns to Drysdale. You will be offered tea or coffee towards the end of your time on The Q Train.
