Guests enjoy a guided walking tour of the spectacular hill park vineyard before an in depth tasting of all their wines including both of the single vineyard sites. This tasting is conducted alongside a 4-course degustation lunch with the food being curated to pair with each bracket of wines by the in-house chef and WSET trained sommeliers.
