Surcharges:

Surcharges apply to the following luggage items:

- Additional Suitcases: additional charges per extra piece of luggage.

- Bike in Bike Box: additional charges per extra.

- Golf Clubs: additional charges per extra (one set per passenger)

- Surfboards (Gold Coast and Brisbane services):additional charges per extra. (Surfboards must be less than 6ft long-183cm. Should the surfboard exceed 6ft they will be unable to be transported due to our coaches' trailer size restrictions).

- Surfboards (Sunshine Coast services): additional charges per extra. (Passengers carrying a surfboard (any size) need to supply their own straps and are required to be attached to vehicles by the passengers).

Excess luggage items:

- Excess luggage items that are not pre-paid will be charged by the driver during boarding.

Baggage Capacity:

- Luggage is limited to 1x suitcase and 1x piece of hand luggage per person (per airport weight guidelines)

- Any one piece of luggage exceeding 23kg may require passenger assistance to load/unload. Oversize or heavy luggage must be advised and approved prior to arrival.

- Surcharges apply to additional and oversized luggage items such as additional suitcases, surfboards (less than 6ft long and provide own straps), bike in a bike box and golf clubs. Charges payable direct, subject to change.

Airport transfer - International:

- All arriving passengers into Brisbane Airport are to proceed to the information counter where check in will occur with the Con-X-ion attendant. Passengers will then be directed to their departing shuttle.

- If you are unable to locate the information counter, please ask one of the airport ambassadors for assistance, otherwise please phone 1300 266 946 or +61 7 5556 9888.

- Please endeavor to check in 5 minutes prior to your scheduled departure to ensure the service can leave on time.

Late Flights:

Passengers arriving from delayed flights who miss the last service out are required to make alternative travel arrangements at their own expense - these passengers will be eligible for a refund for the unused service. If your flight has been delayed, please contact Con-X-ion immediately on +61 7 5556 9888 and you will be put you on the next available service. Clients who choose to not wait for the next available service may not be eligible for a refund.

- All arriving passengers into Brisbane Airport are to proceed to the information counter directly outside in the bus pickup area, this is where check in will occur with the Con-X-ion attendant. Passengers will then be directed to their departing shuttle.

Departure Information:

- Passengers are required to be ready and waiting outside the designated pick-up point at least 10 minutes prior to their pick-up time. Transfer should arrive within a 20 minute period. Passengers will need to look out for the driver.

Timetable:

- One way transfer from Brisbane Cruise Terminal to Brisbane Airport.

- Brisbane Cruise Terminal to Brisbane Airport services will operate from 07:00am-11:00pm.

- Journey time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. natural disasters, accidents and road closures.
