Fuel Levy:
- Rates have been set based on current fuel prices. If there is an exorbitant increase in crude oil prices, Down Under Tours (DUT) reserves the right to introduce a fuel levy to these charter rates.
Food, Drink and Alcohol:
- No food or drink to be consumed on any coach other than bottled water or drinks with screw top lids. no hot beverages allowed.
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited onboard all DUT coaches. DUT reserves the right, under legislation, to refuse to carry intoxicated or disorderly passengers.
Jobs running overtime:
- Transfers running overtime will incur an 'over-time' surcharge (unforeseen delays do not apply eg. traffic and flight delays).

Domestic Terminal Arrivals:
- If arriving domestically at Cairns Airport, your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall adjacent to the luggage carousel. The Chauffeur will have a name board sign with your name on it.
