Fuel Levy:
- Rates have been set based on current fuel prices. If there is an exorbitant increase in crude oil prices, Down Under Tours (DUT) reserves the right to introduce a fuel levy to these charter rates.
Food, Drink and Alcohol:
- No food or drink to be consumed on any coach other than bottled water or drinks with screw top lids. no hot beverages allowed.
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited onboard all DUT coaches. DUT reserves the right, under legislation, to refuse to carry intoxicated or disorderly passengers.
Jobs running overtime:
- Transfers running overtime will incur an 'over-time' surcharge (unforeseen delays do not apply eg. traffic and flight delays).

- If arriving off an international flight, please proceed through customs and immigration, collect your luggage, pass through Australian Quarantine Services, and your Chauffeur will be awaiting your arrival in the main arrivals hall with a name sign board with your name on it.
