- Please be waiting at the kerbside outside of your hotel for your transfer at least 15 minutes prior.
- Excellence Coaches and Tours will pick you up from your hotel, for coach transfer.​​​​​

Pick Ups/Drop offs:

- Transfers operate to a scheduled timetable. Departure time will be confirmed at the time of booking.

- Cairns Airport Shuttle services operates standard hours daily from Cairns Airport from 07:00am up until the latest flight arrival time of 07:35pm. Transfer services outside of these hours will need to be booked as private transfers.


Domestic departures require pickup approximately 1.5 hours prior to departure.
