Cairns International T1: your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign. Cairns Airport limits the time that shuttles can access the airport so if your driver is not at baggage carousel 3 or the International Arrivals Hall when you get there please wait. Please aim to be ready 15 minutes before your scheduled service departs.

Pick Ups/Drop offs:

Cairns Airport Shuttle services operates standard hours daily from Cairns Airport from 07:00am up until the latest flight arrival time of 07:35pm. Transfer services outside of these hours will need to be booked as private transfers.

Cairns Airport to Port Douglas schedule: 07:00, 08:45, 09:45, 10:45, 11:45, 12:45, 13:45, 15:00, 16:00, 18:30. Passengers should be booked on a shuttle departing at least 30 minutes after flight arrival.
