There will be an issue as Perth Airport’s multi story carpark is currently under construction, parking at Terminal 2 (Domestic Jetstar arrival terminal) has been completely removed meaning the driver and all passengers will have to walk to the end of Terminal 1 ( international Terminal ) which is more than 500m away.

For customer comfort a procedure has been implemented where the driver waits just before terminal 2 and contacts the passengers by phone upon their arrival. The driver then instructs passengers to phone him once they are exiting the terminal and he will pull up immediately and collect them. Without the passenger's mobile, the driver is unable to do this and therefore the passengers and the driver will have to walk over 500m, with all their luggage to the parked vehicle.

- Airport Chauffeur Drive are unable to cater for wheelchairs.

Arrival Information:

- Driver will arrive 30 minutes after the flight lands.Please look for driver after collecting the luggage. The driver will be located near the Luggage Carousel and will be holding a Go Transfers Sign. Any problem locating the driver, please call 1300 001 550.
