Departure Information:

- Please be waiting at the kerbside outside of your hotel for your transfer at least 15 minutes prior.

- Excellence Coaches and Tours will pick you up from your hotel, for coach transfer.​​​​​

Pick Ups/Drop offs:

- Transfers operate to a scheduled timetable. Departure time will be confirmed at the time of booking.

- Shuttle service operates standard hours daily from Port Douglas 6:00am to 6:00pm. Transfer services before 6am and after 6pm will need to be booked as private transfers.
