Booking:

- Clients mobile contact and email address must be provided.

- E-tickets are delivered by email after the booking is made and client will be notified once booking is complete (no card holder information is stored)

- It is a requirement for all infants under the age of 2 years must be provided a baby seat and children 2-4 years of age is to be restrained in a child seat or booster seat for safety reasons. This is at an additional cost. When booking a child restraint please advise which restraint (capsule, baby seat or booster seat) is required at time of booking.

Luggage:

- Baggage is limited to one large suitcase and 1 carry on per person (standard luggage 1 bag per person or two smaller items equivalent to a larger suitcase per person).

- Care taken in handling and transporting luggage but no responsibility for lost or damages; personal and valuable items should be carried with your hand luggage (computers and electronic equipment).

- 10.00 per extra luggage amount over what we require per guest. This includes (bikes, boxes, surfboards, etc.)

- Upon arrival, please proceed to the Heart of Reef Shuttles desk, where your driver will be waiting for you.

Additional Information:

- Private transfer service includes a 20-minute stop to click/collect groceries if required.

- Shute Harbour includes Renta Yacht and Freedom Shores

- When booking a child restraint please advise child age and which restraint (FF/RF baby seat or booster seat) is required at time of booking.

- RF baby capsule is not available, only RF car seats.
