- These rates are available only between 5.30am and 10.00pm.

- Collect your luggage from the carousel area and proceed to the exit doors.
- Your driver will be standing by his vehicle at kerbside with a sign with your name on it.

- Driver wait time is up to 30 Minutes after flight arrival.

- Terminal 2 arrivals - Chauffeur will be meet you at the bottom of the escalator near carousel 3.
- Terminal 3 arrivals - After disembarking, walk downstairs via escalators to the arrival hall carousel 5. Chauffeur will be waiting at the bottom of the escalators by the exit doors. Do not exit the terminal prior to locating your chauffeur.

- Driver will arrive 30 minutes after actual flight landing and wait a further 30 minutes.
