Transfers do not operate on 31December from 4:00pm to 3:00am due to road closures.

A sedan cannot be requested if travelling with a collapsible wheelchair or scooter. Must request a People Mover or Wheelchair accessible vehicle.Valid for 01APR26-31MAR27:
- Request for People Mover or Wheelchair accessible vehicle for requests with collapsible wheelchairs/scooters and Not a Sedan.

Maximum Passengers Per Vehicle: 8.
Baggage Capacity: 8 Large Suitcases and 8 carry on luggage.

Departure Information:

- After disembarking, you will be met by your Royale Limousine driver in the port terminal who will be holding a sign with your name on it.

- If you cannot locate your driver please contact Royale Limousines direct on the phone number provided +617 3058 9700 or 1300 650 260.

- Driver wait time is up to 30 minutes from allocated passenger disembarkation time.

- After 30 minutes the transfer will be deemed a 'no show'. Passengers must contact Royale Limousines at least 1 hour before booking time to confirm pickup time if different from Booking time.

Booking Conditions:

- Pick-up and drop-off details must be advised at time of booking.

- Luggage cannot be carried in the cabin.

- Pick up time is approximate please allow up to 30 minutes for your transfer to arrive.
