- Luggage is restricted to maximum 1 large suitcase and 1 carry-on luggage no more than 32kg per passenger.

- Any excess or oversized luggage that requires an additional vehicle will be at the owner's expense.
Arrival Information:

Sydney Domestic Airport Domestic Terminal 2 ( Virgin, Jetstar, and Rex ) and Domestic Terminal 3 ( Qantas )

Collect your luggage and proceed to the designated meeting SHUTTLE BUS pick up area. Exit T2 Arrivals and cross the pedestrian crossing and set of lights towards the P1 walkway. If exiting from T3 Arrivals, cross the set of lights, continue down the P1 walkway and take the first left. From the P1 Walkway, continue down the walkway and walk past the Priority Pick-up area.Enter the P2 car park and continue along the pedestrian walkway, past the bathrooms. Cross the road and walk past the P3 car park elevators and take an immediate left. Then make right on the pathway and Continue past the Express Pick-up waiting area and continue straight towards the entrance


To the Dedicated Shuttle Accessibility Bay

Walk to the T2 inner kerb (which is the pathway between the pedestrian crossing and the set of lights).

Continue down the path past the T2 accessibility bays and the international Transfer/Blu Emu bus zone.

Just beyond the white column is the bus pickup area.
