Baggage Capacity:
- 1x small carry-on item per person to a maximum weight of 15kg in total.
- Soft duffle bags only.
- In some instances the pilot may ask guests to re-pack into a supplied duffle bag if the luggage is too large or rigid. Excess luggage can be stored at the Nautilus Aviation helicopter hangar.

Departure Information:

- Nautilus Aviation check-in counter is located within Townsville Airport, at the far end of the Arrivals baggage carousel, near door #9.
- Check-in no later than 45 minutes prior to the flight time.
- Photo identification is required at check-in.
- Body weight and baggage will be measured at check in as a regulation of standard aviation safety policy.
- Guests will then be transferred to the Nautilus Aviation hangar.

Operation Hours:
- Departs Townsville at 02:00pm. Arrives in Orpheus at 02:30pm.

- Flight duration: 30 minutes

- Operated by Morris Aviation (Nautilus Aviation).

- Guests must provide individual weight at time of booking by completing Helicopter form. If guest weights are not supplied at time of booking an upgrade cost for a private charter may apply.

- Should a passenger's individual body weight have a variance of more than 10% from their initially quoted weight, an additional fee will be charged.

- It is recommended that domestic flights in and out of Townsville are booked AFTER accommodation and helicopter transfers are confirmed.
- A 'Personalise Your Stay' form must be completed for all guests prior to arrival. Orpheus Island Lodge accommodation must be booked in conjunction with flights.
