Ecopia Retreat is situated in the spectacular Kangaroo Island, immersed in 150 acres of natural wilderness. The property offers exclusive use of bespoke luxury retreats providing guests with front row seats to one of the most covetable wilderness escapes.

Two luxuriously appointed rammed earth villas with sweeping panoramic views of the natural surroundings, carefully sited to provide guests with an intimate, private experience. Stunningly crafted from rammed earth, and appointed with a luxurious king-size bed, and freestanding bath. A contemporary open plan design boasting double glazed full height windows throughout, Spotted Gum floors and a log wood fireplace gives guests a truly unique luxe stay.

Meticulous attention into the design of the rammed earth villas, has made it possible to achieve the softest footprint achievable when it comes to luxury off-grid living. Warmth in the winter, coolness in the summer is harnessed within the surrounds of the monolithic 300mm thick rammed earth walls, while the full height double glazed windows bring the outside in.

Driving Info:

Ecopia Retreat is located on Gregors Road in the centre of Kangaroo Island.

Heading west down South Coast Road, coming from Kingscote, Penneshaw, or the airport, once you see the Gregors Road sign post, turn right. Continue up Gregors Road for 5.6km or until you see another blue sign KI Ecopia Retreat. Turn left at this sign. This is the entrance to Ecopia Retreat and the neighbouring properties.

Continue along the driveway for approximately 2km. Once you reach the 90 degree left hand bend, you will see a rammed earth wall with a sign Ecopia on it, continue straight ahead and simply follow the road across the lagoon to enter the magnificent Ecopia Retreat.

Continue straight ahead to reach Residence Ecopia or take left at the fork in the road towards the Villas.
