Along the way, guests uncover the remarkable story of St Hugo, from pioneering roots to its celebrated place in contemporary Australian wine, all while enjoying sweeping views of the region. Following the tour, the experience continues at the elegant St Hugo cellar door with the exclusive Ultimate Tasting. This curated flight features standout vintages, including the prestigious Vetus Purum Cabernet Sauvignon, paired with a thoughtfully prepared small bite plate to elevate each pour. The journey concludes in The Vault, where you’ll enjoy a rare and remarkable taste of history: a 100-year-old tawny, dating back to 1925.
