Meet the team at the Cellar Door where you will be taken on a guided walk of the grounds and hear the history of the winery and Joe. Experience the sparkling wine making process and liqueur d'expedition dosage trials while crafting your own signature bottle to take home and enjoy. You will also have the opportunity to taste some of the Estate’s table wines before heading into the restaurant for a 2-course lunch with paired wines to finish off the experience.
